目的探讨饮酒对男性不育患者精液质量及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法选择73例长期饮酒(酒龄大于10年)的男性不育患者为饮酒组,对照组为112例非饮酒的健康正常男性,对其进行精液常规及精子DNA完整性检测。结果饮酒组的精子密度、活率和A级精子活力百分率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),精子DNA断裂指数(DFI)明显增高(P<0.05),两组差别有显著性意义。结论长期饮酒会对男性精液质量产生不良影响及损伤男性精子DNA的完整性。
Objective To investigate the effect of alcohol consumption on sperm quality and sperm DNA integrity in male infertility patients. Methods Seventy-three male infertile patients with long-term alcohol consumption (more than 10 years old) were enrolled as drinking group, while 112 healthy non-drinking normal men as control group were enrolled in this study. Results The sperm density, viability and the percentage of grade A sperm motility in the drinking group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The DNA fragmentation index (DFI) was significantly increased in the drinking group (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term alcohol consumption can adversely affect male sperm quality and impair the DNA integrity of male sperm.
