1987年4月15日至20日,由地震局科技监测司和地震学会联合发起并组织的“全国地震台站科研成果交流会暨地震定量化问题讨论会“在广西桂林市召开。国家地震局副局长周锐、科技司处长孙其政、局地球物理所副所长许绍燮等同志出席大会。会议代表共97人,报告测震分析、仪器研制和改进、计算机应用、台站管理、震级等方面的论文共94篇。会议气氛热烈融洽,是有关测震学基础观测和分析方面学术讨论的一次盛会。 此次会议提出的报告较1983年12月在重庆召开的第一次台站学术交流会议的水平有较大提高。微机在台站的应用以及单板机、单片机在台站系统控制方面的应用越来越受到重视,
From April 15 to April 20, 1987, the Symposium on the Exchange of Scientific Research Achievements of National Seismic Stations and Earthquakes Quantitative Problems, jointly initiated and organized by the Seismological Bureau of Seismological Bureau and the Seismological Society, was held in Guilin, Guangxi. Zhou Rui, deputy director of the State Seismological Bureau, Sun Qizheng, director of the Science and Technology Department, and Xu Shaoxie, deputy director of the Bureau of Geophysics attended the meeting. A total of 97 delegates attended the conference and reported 94 papers on seismological analysis, instrument development and improvement, computer application, station management and magnitude. The atmosphere of the conference was warm and harmonious and was a grand gathering of academic discussions on the basic observations and analysis of seismology. The report submitted at this meeting has been greatly enhanced compared with the first academic exchange meeting held in Chongqing in December 1983. The application of microcomputer in the station and the application of the single-chip microcomputer and the single-chip microcomputer in the control of the station system are getting more and more attention,
