信息产业是由技术创新支撑的产业,因此谈到研究院的成立,就不能不想到成立原因、运行模式、人才竞争、与市场的结合等话题,而业界人士则更有很多的东西想说。联想中央研究院院长高文博士、微软中国研究院院长李开复博士、Intel中国研究中心董事总经理容志诚博士、IBM中国研究中心叶天正博士和海尔技术中心副主任杜光林先生,虽说来自不同的公司,有不同的背景,但他们对一些问题竟有着相似的看法。不管公司来自何方,不管抱何种目的成立研究院,最终都会促进中国IT业的发展和市场的繁荣。
The information industry is an industry supported by technological innovation. Therefore, when it comes to the establishment of the Institute, we can not but think of the reasons for its establishment, its mode of operation, the competition for talents, and its integration with the market. Many people in the industry want to talk about it. Dr. Gao Wen, Dean of Lenovo’s Academia Sinica, Dr. Kai-Fu Lee, President of Microsoft China Research Institute, Dr. Rongzhi Cheng, Managing Director of Intel China Research Center, Dr. Ye Tianzheng of IBM China Research Center and Mr. Du Guanglin, Deputy Director of Haier Technology Center, Of companies have different backgrounds, but they share similar views on some issues. No matter where the company comes from, no matter what the purpose of establishing a research institute, will eventually promote the development of China’s IT industry and market prosperity.
