抗青光眼术后滤过泡渗漏致晚期感染,此类病例虽不多见,如不及时正确处理必然造成严重后果,甚至导致患眼失明。现介绍2例,供同道参考。例1 男56岁住院号074668 1987年6月29日因左眼患慢性单纯型青光眼。在我院行巩膜灼瘘术,术后视力5.0(1.0),眼压5.5/8=1.37kpa。半年后经常出现眼胀痛,视力障碍,同年12月5日疑滤过泡渗漏合并感染住院,经加压包扎,局部及全身应用抗生素等治疗12天,视力由4.0(0.1)恢复至4.9(0.8),眼压5.5/10=0.95kpa,出院。其后又出现2次类似症状,经门诊治疗好转。1990年7月8日左眼又出
