目的探讨CT检查中的医疗风险因素及管理对策。方法 2012年未实施风险管理的CT检查患者1 965例作为对照组,与2013年1月—2014年12月实施风险管理后进行CT检查的3 984例患者进行满意度比较,并对比风险管理前后不良事件及设备故障发生率。结果实施风险管理后,患者满意度由2012年的72%上升至98%,不良事件发生率由2012年未实施风险管理的9%降至1%。设备故障率由2012年未实施风险管理的5‰降至3‰。保证了患者的及时检查与治疗。结论治疗环境、医护人员、完善的制度及就诊患者是影响CT检查的风险因素,加强风险管理,提高医护人员的风险意识、服务意识,是减少CT检查中不良事件的发生,提高患者满意度,提高服务质量的保证。
Objective To explore the medical risk factors and management strategies in CT examination. Methods A total of 1 965 patients with CT without risk management in 2012 were selected as the control group to compare the satisfaction with 3 984 patients who underwent CT examination after implementation of risk management from January 2013 to December 2014 and compared with before and after risk management Adverse events and equipment failure rate. Results After implementing risk management, patient satisfaction increased from 72% in 2012 to 98% and the incidence of adverse events dropped from 9% in 2012 to 1% in 2011. The failure rate of equipment dropped from 5 ‰ in 2012 to 3 ‰ in 2008 without implementing risk management. Ensure the patient’s timely examination and treatment. Conclusion The treatment environment, medical staff, perfect system and patients are the risk factors of CT examination. To strengthen the risk management and raise the risk awareness and service awareness of medical staff is to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in CT examination and improve patient satisfaction, Improve service quality assurance.
