在ML—10型销盘磨损试验机上对各种不同电沉积条件下获得的工业镀铁层的抗磨料磨损性能进行了试验研究,重点考察了沉积规范对镀层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,沉积规范对镀层的耐磨性有很大影响,不同规范所获镀层的耐磨性可相差几倍;在P~H值偏低、温度和电流密度适中的条件下,镀层具有最佳的耐磨性。对比试验表明,按上述优选工艺获得的镀层的耐磨性优于硬度相同的中碳钢淬火并低温回火以及低碳钢渗碳淬火的试样。
The abrasion resistance of industrial coatings obtained under various electrodeposition conditions was tested on ML-10 pin-on-plate wear tester. The effects of deposition specifications on the wear resistance of the coatings were investigated. The results show that the deposition specification has a great influence on the wear resistance of the coating. The abrasion resistance of the coating obtained by different specifications can be several times different. Under the conditions of low P ~ H value, moderate temperature and current density, Good wear resistance. The comparative tests show that the wear resistance of the coating obtained by the above preferred process is better than that of medium carbon steel with the same hardness and tempered at low temperature and carburized and hardened with low carbon steel.
