本文介绍采用不再生钯A分子筛连续除氧流程净化工业氮气的原理及生产应用效果。指出,采用此工艺净化的氮气可达到:含氧量≤8PPM,露点≤-60℃的纯度,完全可以用作金属材料热处理的氮基气氛。
In this paper, the principle of purifying industrial nitrogen with non-regenerated palladium A molecular sieve and the effect of production and application are introduced. It is pointed out that the purity of nitrogen purged by this process can reach the purity of oxygen ≤ 8PPM and the dew point ≤-60 ℃ and can be used as the nitrogen-based atmosphere for the heat treatment of metal materials.
