书记和院长是医院中党和行政的主要领导,都是医院的管理者。就其地位和作用而言,院长负责全院医疗行政指挥,书记负责保证监督。他们之间的密切配合,影响着班子的合力和医院的全面建设与发展。因此,作为医院的党委书记除了具备领导干部应具有的马列主义理论功底、较强的党性观念和决策才能、敢于创新等基本条件外,还必须摆正位置、讲究工作方法和艺术,善于支持院长工作,才能使班子团结一心,带领全体职工把医院建设好。那么,怎佯支持院长的工作呢?笔者认为:
The secretary and dean are the main leaders of the Party and the administration in the hospital and are the managers of the hospital. As far as its status and role are concerned, the dean is responsible for the hospital’s medical administrative command and the secretary is responsible for ensuring supervision. The close cooperation between them affects the team’s strength and the overall construction and development of the hospital. Therefore, in addition to the Marxist-Leninist theoretical foundation, strong party spirit, decision-making abilities, and the courage to innovate, the party secretary of the hospital must also position itself, pay attention to work methods and art, and be good at supporting hospitals. Only by working long can the team unite as one, and lead all employees to build the hospital. So, how do you support the work of the dean? The author thinks:
