目的探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)平均气道压(MAP)的动态变化及其临床意义。方法应用油酸型犬呼吸窘迫综合征模型,动态观察平均气道峰压的动态变化及与氧合指数的关系。结果平均气道峰压在模型复制成功后各时相点均显著增加(P<0.01),氧合指数明显下降(P<0.01)。结论平均气道压增加是 ARDS 的重要特征,并与 ARDS 的严重程度有关,有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of mean airway pressure (MAP) in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and its clinical significance. Methods The animal model of respiratory distress syndrome was used to observe the dynamic change of mean peak airway pressure and its relationship with oxygenation index. Results The mean peak airway pressure (MAP) increased significantly (P <0.01) and oxygenation index (P <0.01) significantly after the model was successfully replicated. Conclusions The mean increase of airway pressure is an important feature of ARDS and is related to the severity of ARDS. It has some clinical significance.
