改革开放以来,一些腐败分子因私欲膨胀而丧失党性和人格,本文试图从公权力腐败形成的原因着手来探讨一些治理公权力腐败的对策。

Since the reform and opening up, some corrupt elements have lost party spirit and personalities due to the expansion of selfish desires. This paper tries to discuss some countermeasures to govern the corruption of public power from the causes of corruption.
