档案管理工作是一项复杂的管理工作,档案能够为企业领导做出正确决策提供依据,档案工作涉及面广,尤其需要具备专业的档案知识和管理知识及其他计算机技能。所以,档案管理人员的综合素质对于档案工作来说非常重要,它决定了档案管理工作能否有效运行,尤其是社会保险业务相关的档案管理,更是需要即懂计算机知识又懂档案专业知识的复合性人才。本文结合本人社会保险档案管理工作实际,首先简要介绍了档案管理人员建设过程中存在的一些主要问题,其次介绍了提高档案管理工作者综合素质的对策。
