本征系剧烈咳嗽时或咳后病人发生一过性意识丧失,临床较少见,最近曾遇一例,结合文献复习,报道如下。 病历摘要 姜某,男,53岁,干部,因反复发作性咳嗽20天,伴晕厥抽搐10天,于82年6月26日入院。病人20天前因受凉感全身不适,喉痒,咳嗽,吐少量白泡沫痰,无发热胸痛胸闷心悸。10天前于一阵剧咳之后突然昏厥,四肢抽动,无牙关紧闭及吐白沫,持续1～2分钟,缓解后感周身酸软、头昏。嗣后每天皆有发作,最多日达二十次,并由体位变动或说话过多而诱发。既往无心肺疾患及癫痫,不吸烟,但经常失眠。查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏72次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压140/80mmHg,
