革命老区金寨县是安徽省劳务输出大县,也是劳动保障部对口扶贫单位和劳动就业重点监控地区之一。该县总人口64万,农村富余劳动力13.5万人。近年来,该县为解决农村劳动力就业问题,大力开展劳务输出,依托劳动力市场,积极开展职业培训教育,走出一条以输出带培训,以培训促输出的新路子。截止目前,全县输出农村富余劳动力已达12万人次,常年劳务稳定在10万人左右,劳务输出年收入达5.6亿元,全县有三分之一的农民因劳务输出脱贫。
