本文对8489名0～7岁农村正常儿童生长发育状况进行分析,体重、身长、坐高、头围、胸围和臂围六项形态指标的增长规律与一般生长发育、发育规律相符。头围与胸围交叉时间为18～21个。动作发育时间均值分别为:7.2月(独坐)、10.5月(独站)、13.3月(独走)。并对小儿生长速度及坐高与下身长的增长关系进行了分析。本文报告资料可作为鄂西山区农村儿童生长发育评价的地区性标准。
This article analyzes the growth and development of 8489 children aged 0 ~ 7 years old in rural areas. The growth rules of body weight, height, height, head circumference, bust and arm circumference conform to the general growth, development and development. Head circumference and bust cross time is 18 ~ 21. Mean time of action development were: 7.2 months (sitting alone), 10.5 months (independence station), 13.3 months (alone). And the growth rate of children and the relationship between height and length of the lower body were analyzed. The information reported in this paper can be used as a regional standard for rural children’s growth and development evaluation in mountain western Hubei.
