我们在应用扩张冠状动脉、降低血液粘稠度等药物治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的基础上,加用高压氧综合治疗,显示了较好的疗效。 1.临床资料:将1990年8月至1991年8月收治的32例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为两组。甲组15例,为高压氧加药物治疗组(综合组);乙组17例,为单纯药物治疗组(对照组)。两组均为男性,年龄为37～68岁,治疗前病程为1.5个月至5.5年。两组的病情,病程和年龄均无差异,32例均符合
