同志们:去年11月21日,我们曾经开过一次业余教育的广播大会,号召全党全民大办业余教育,向彻底扫除文盲进军。从那一次广播大会以后,随着社会主义教育和冬季大生产运动的深入开展,在全省范围内,掀起了一个规模壮阔的群众业余学习运动的新高潮。到去年12月下旬,全省各级各类业余学校的入学人数就达到一千万人左右。我们在前一次广播大会上所提出的,普遍动员青壮年入学的任务,已经基本上实现。这次运动的特点是:抓得早,声势大,进展快,生产跃进推动学习,学习高潮促进生产,全省普遍出现了生产学习两促进、两高涨的情况。文化革命之树,开革新
