In late October, the third Sino-Japanese economic cooperation project delegation headed by the Economic Counselor of the Japanese Embassy in China, Fei Jinglong, and the Director of the International Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China, Long Yongtu, to Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing. The nine Japanese loans, grants and technical cooperation projects were conducted on an eight-day field trip. Both China and Japan are satisfied with the implementation of these projects.
