目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (Proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)在子宫内膜癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化LSAB法检测PCNA在 42例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。结果 PCNA增殖指数与子宫内膜癌组织学分级及手术分期相关 ,晚期 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ )患者PCNA指数明显高于早期 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ )患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组织学Ⅲ级者PCNA指数明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者 (P <0 .0 1) ;PCNA高表达者 (增殖指数≥ 30 % )预后明显差于低表达者 (<30 % )。结论 PC NA可作为判断子宫内膜癌恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of PCNA in 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method. Results PCNA proliferation index was correlated with histological grade and surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma. The PCNA index of patients with advanced stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05) The PCNA index was significantly higher than those in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.01). The prognosis of patients with high expression of PCNA (proliferation index ≥ 30%) was significantly lower than that in patients with low expression (<30%). Conclusions PCNA can be used as an indicator of malignancy and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
