前言在目前的工业生产中,有很多零件在热处理之后,必须测定其硬度。而目前被广泛使用的仍是布氏、洛氏等机械式硬度计,维氏及超声硬度计应用还不普遍。我厂很多汽车零件在热处理后都要进行硬度检查。对调质零件检查硬度要包括三个环节:在零件上用磨轮磨平面;用硬度计钢球压痕;检查压痕直径(大量生产中凭熟练工人目测)。这种方法,劳动强度大,生产效率低,目测误差大。生产的发展向我们提出了无损、快速、准确、自动检查硬
Preface In the current industrial production, many parts have to be tested for hardness after heat treatment. Currently widely used is still Brinell, Rockwell and other mechanical durometer, Vickers and ultrasonic durometer applications are not common. I plant a lot of auto parts in the heat treatment after the hardness check.
