维生素U片,临床用于治疗胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡。具有防止溃疡面恶化和加速溃疡面愈合的作用。我厂自1968年起一直生产该品种,曾采用包黄色糖衣、包氧化铁衣或压制片等措施,以图防止其变色均未成效。因该品极易变色,致使疗效降低而失败。1978年6月我厂生产该品1,009万片,仅隔半月亦因变色问题而退货,给国家给患者造成巨大损失。历史生产工艺处方如下表(自1976年以来的情况):
