目的 :探索对于一些缺乏眼底红光反射的白内障 ,采用染色剂蓝域辅助撕囊技术完成连续环行撕囊 (CCC)的超声乳化术手术效果。方法 :78例 (86只眼 )行白内障超声乳化术的患者 ,分成染色剂辅助撕囊组 (A组 ) 36例 (42只眼 ) ,和常规手法撕囊组 (B组 ) 4 2例 (44只眼 )结果 :(1)连续环行撕囊成功者 ,在A组为 97 4 6 % (41/4 2 ) ,在B组为 6 8 18% (30 /4 4 ) ;两组差异具极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )A组中 ,2只眼出现前囊膜向赤道部撕裂 ,但未造成后囊破裂 ;B组中 ,8只眼发生后囊破裂及部分玻璃体脱出 ,需要行前段玻璃体切割术。结论 :染色剂辅助撕囊技术 ,对于一些缺乏眼底红光反射的白内障患者 ,可以明显提高连续环行撕囊的成功率 ,从而使这类患者的超声乳化术更加安全。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of phacoemulsification with continuous circular capsulorhexis (CCC) for some cataracts lacking fundus red reflex and the help of dye-blue field assisted capsulorhexis. Methods: Seventy-eight patients (86 eyes) underwent cataract phacoemulsification were divided into two groups (group A, 36 cases, 42 eyes) and routine manual capsulorhexis group (group B, 42 cases) 44 eyes) Results: (1) The success rate of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis was 97 4 6% (41/42) in group A and 68.18% (30/44) in group B. The differences between the two groups Very significant (P <0.01). (2) In group A, the anterior capsular membrane was torn to the equator in 2 eyes, but the posterior capsule did not rupture. In group B, posterior capsular rupture and partial vitreous prolapse occurred in 8 eyes, and anterior vitrectomy was required. CONCLUSIONS: The dye-assisted capsulorhexis technique can significantly improve the success rate of continuous circumvolution capsulorhexis for some patients with cataract who do not have fundus red reflexes, thus making these patients safer phacoemulsification.
