对经胸导管淋巴渡流引治疗的85例难治性哮喘随访一年以上,总有效率为94.1％。发现经引流后,血及淋巴液内lgE含量,OKT_3+、OKT~(4+)细胞和OKT~(4+)/OKT~8比值明显下降,从免疫学角度探讨了本疗法的怍用机理。
The 85 cases of refractory asthma treated with transthoracic ductal lymphatic drainage were followed for more than one year, and the total effective rate was 94.1%. It was found that after draining, the lgE, OKT3+, OKT4+ and OKT4/OKT~8 ratios in blood and lymph were significantly decreased, and the mechanism of this therapy was discussed from the perspective of immunology.
