本文应用图象分析技术测量正常胃粘膜,中、重度不典型增生及胃癌共55例标本的细胞核DNA相对含量及核平均面积。并按照测得的DNA组方图弥散形式,将病例分为三种DNA倍体类型。测试结果显示:DNA含量及核面积随病变进展而增加,而重度不典型增生往往能观察到与胃癌相似的DNA核型,即高异倍体细胞的出现。高异倍体的出现可能为重要的癌变标志。
In this paper, the relative contents of nuclear DNA and the average nuclear area of 55 specimens of normal gastric mucosa, moderate and severe dysplasia and gastric cancer were measured by image analysis technique. In accordance with the measured dispersion form of the DNA group, the cases were divided into three types of DNA ploidy. The test results showed that the DNA content and nuclear area increased with the progression of the lesion, and severe atypical hyperplasia can often be observed with the DNA karyotype similar to gastric cancer, that is, the appearance of high heteroploid cells. The presence of high heteroploids may be an important cancer marker.
