姜堰市卫生监督所经过大量调查研究和分析相关数据得出,食源性疾病发病数与死亡数的职业分布中以农民最高,且主要发生在农村家庭自办宴席。因此,加强农村家宴食品卫生安全管理工作显得尤为重要。该所针对全市农村自办家宴存在的民间厨师文化水平较低,缺乏卫生知识和卫生意识;食品加工操作不规范,菜肴卫生质量差;卫生设施不齐全,条件简陋;
