Q记者:受欧债危机和美国金融危机影响,全球经济及商业消费发生了根本性变化。未来商业地产会呈现怎样的消费趋势?徐天明:未来,商业地产的发展将呈现一个明显态势:零售比例将下降,体验式消费比例逐步上升。今后发展下去,大型购物中心更多的是满足消费者的心理需求、娱乐需求,甚至是社交需求,而不单单是个货品交易的商场。

Xu Tianming: In the future, the development of commercial real estate will show a clear trend: the retail ratio will decline, the proportion of experiential consumption gradually increased. In the future, large-scale shopping centers are more to meet the psychological needs of consumers, entertainment needs, and even social needs, not just a commodity trading mall.
