钢带骨架封隔器是扩张式封隔器中承载能力最高的一种。约束钢带膨胀变形的护箍喇叭口是影响钢带性能的关键因素。通过对钢带骨架封隔器胶筒工作原理及结构特点的分析,在深入研究钢带护箍几何关系和力学构成的基础上,提出了基于渐开线和椭圆理论的钢带骨架胶筒设计理念,对护箍喇叭口的型面进行了优化设计。通过室内试验和现场应用达到了很好的设计效果,为该类封隔器的优化设计提供了理论借鉴。
