湖南省岩石力学与工程学会,经过多年的发起筹备,于1993年3月31日至4月1日在挂靠单位冶金部长沙矿冶研究院和中南工业大学联合组织下,召开了成立大会暨第一届会员代表大会。参会单位37个,与会代表81人。这些单位均为湖南省岩石力学与工程界的科研、设计、生产、教学、管理方面的重要单位。到会代表中高级职称者占73%,中级职称者占19%。中国岩石力学与工程学会副秘书长郑双良、湖南省科协学会部部长肖兵和湖南省民政厅社团管理处领导贺开桂到会讲了话。筹委会组长刘宝琛教授、中南工业大学黄柏云副校长及冶金部长沙矿冶研究院
Hunan Institute of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, after years of initiating preparations, from March 31, 1993 to April 1, affiliated unit Changsha Institute of Metallurgical Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute and South China University of Technology jointly organized the inaugural meeting cum A member congress. 37 participants, 81 delegates. These units are all important units of scientific research, design, production, teaching and management of rock mechanics and engineering in Hunan Province. To represent the senior titles accounted for 73%, intermediate grade accounted for 19%. Zheng Shuangliang, deputy secretary general of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Xiao Bing, minister of Hunan Association for Science and Technology, and He Kaiii, head of the society administration department of Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, addressed the meeting.
