针对军车车架纵梁结构具有相似性、对称性以及多种改型方案的特点,设计开发了一种柔性化冲压模具。该模具共用一套凸凹模本体;凸凹模的直线段长度和宽度均可调,通过更换、移动或者翻转镶块即可实现多种直线段的变形方案;曲线段采用可翻转的镶块形式,通过更换、翻转镶块即可适应不同曲线段结构;最后,通过试制对所设计的模具方案进行验证。结果表明:该模具不仅能够实现同一车型左右纵梁的共模,而且能够实现同一平台车型车架多种改型设计的共模,与传统模具结构方案相比,采用柔性化冲压模具方案,成本和工装数量均缩减50%以上,开发周期缩短50%以上。
Aiming at the similarity and symmetry of the longitudinal beam structure of the military vehicle frame and the characteristics of various modification schemes, a flexible stamping die is designed and developed. The die shares a set of punch and die bodies. The length and the width of the straight sections of the punch and die are adjustable. The deformation of various straight sections can be realized by changing, moving or turning the inserts. The curved section is in the form of a reversible insert, By changing and turning the insert, the curve structure can be adapted to different curves. Finally, the mold design is validated through trial production. The results show that the mold not only can realize the common mode of the left and right longitudinal beams of the same model, but also can realize the common mode of many modified designs of the same platform car frame. Compared with the traditional mold structure scheme, the flexible stamping die scheme, And tooling are reduced by more than 50%, shorten the development cycle of more than 50%.
