在pH 6.0 Walpole缓冲溶液中,碱性品红(FB)与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在静电引力作用和疏水作用力共同作用下形成了紫红色离子缔合微粒,其分别在258、316、358和623nm处产生4个共振散射峰,最强峰位于316nm处。于优化实验条件下,在1.0×10-7~5.6×10-5mol/L范围内,体系的共振散射信号与SDBS浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为1.86×10-12mol/L。该方法直接用于测定生活废水中的阴离子表面活性剂含量,得到较满意的结果,回收率为96.8%~106.9%。
In pH 6.0 Walpole buffer solution, basic fuchsine (FB) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) formed a purple-red ion-association particles under electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction , Which produced four resonance scattering peaks at 258, 316, 358 and 623 nm, respectively, with the strongest peak at 316 nm. Under optimized experimental conditions, there was a good linear relationship between the resonance scattering signal and SDBS concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10-7 ~ 5.6 × 10-5mol / L with the detection limit of 1.86 × 10-12mol / L. The method was directly applied to the determination of anionic surfactant in domestic wastewater. The satisfactory results were obtained with the recoveries of 96.8% -106.9%.
