从分类人员的业务素质、工作责任心以及图书馆的管理措施三个方面，对图书分类的出错原因进行了归纳和分析，并提出了一些相应的控制措施。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of errors in the classification of books from three aspects: the professional qualities of the classified staff, the responsibility of work and the management measures of the library, and puts forward some corresponding control measures.
