在双相钢Bauschinger效应的研究中,背应力是一个重要的物理参量,并且背应力与金属构件的尺寸稳定性、氢脆、弹性松弛、疲劳以及力学性能的方向性等有关。因此,对背应力的研究具有重要的实际意义。但是关于反向流变时背应力的变化及其测试方法尚未见文献报道。在最近的工作中,我们报道了时效对双相钢Bauschinger效应和矫顽力的影响,并表明矫顽力各向异性和背应力有关。本文目的在于测定反向流变时矫顽力各向异性的变化,流变应力与矫顽力各向异性的关系,以研究背应力在反向流变时的变化过程。
In the study of Bauschinger effect of dual-phase steel, back stress is an important physical parameter, and the back stress is related to the dimensional stability of metal components, hydrogen embrittlement, elastic relaxation, fatigue and the directionality of mechanical properties. Therefore, the study of back stress has important practical significance. However, there is no report about the change of back stress in reverse rheology and its testing method. In recent work, we report the effect of aging on the Bauschinger effect and coercivity of duplex steels and show that the coercivity anisotropy is related to the back stress. The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between coercivity anisotropy and rheological stress and coercivity anisotropy during reverse rheological flow in order to study the change of back stress in reverse rheology.
