在齿轮加工中,为确保齿圈的跳动精度,通常在磨齿前,用磨内孔的工序来保证。但由于淬硬后的斜齿轮变形,给磨齿带来困难。为此,我们采用先磨端面再磨内孔的方法,效果较好。将齿轮套装在专用心轴上,心轴装夹在外圆磨床两顶尖之间,并使心轴小端朝尾架方向(图1),磨出齿轮基准端面。磨内孔及磨齿时均以此端面为基准。 磨内孔用图2所示工装,先把法兰盘1与磨床接盘紧固,再将法兰盘外端及内孔
