目的:对比枸橼酸咖啡因与氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床疗效。方法:入选2015年1月至2016年1月的早产呼吸暂停患儿104例,按照随机的分配原则分成对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组应用枸橼酸咖啡因治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,呼吸暂停发作的次数,症状消失的时间和不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总的有效率为94.2%,明显高于对照组治疗总的有效率61.5%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组的呼吸暂停发作次数和症状消失时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.8%,明显少于对照组的不良反应发生率17.3%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:与氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床疗效比较,枸橼酸咖啡因的临床疗效更好,不良反应发生较少,可在临床中优先选用。
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of citrate caffeine and aminophylline in the treatment of apnea in preterm infants. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 104 children with apnea of preterm birth were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution, each of 52 cases. The control group was treated with aminophylline, and the observation group was treated with citrulline citrate. The clinical efficacy, the number of episodes of apnea, the disappearance of symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (61.5%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of episodes of apnea and disappearance of symptoms in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.8%, significantly less than the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group 17.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with aminophylline in the treatment of apnea in preterm infants, the clinical efficacy of citrate caffeine is better and fewer adverse reactions occur. It may be preferred in clinical practice.
