目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定阿胶珠中铬的方法;测定样品阿胶珠中铬的含量。方法:采用微波消解法对阿胶珠样品进行消解,采用石墨炉原子化器,波长357.9 nm下,进行测定,塞曼效应作为背景校正。结果:用建立的方法,测得10批市售阿胶珠样品中铬的含量。结论:该方法简便、可行,可用于阿胶中重金属铬的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chromium in Ejiao beads by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The content of chromium in Ejaculation beads was determined. Methods: The samples of gelatin beads were digested by microwave digestion method. The graphite furnace atomizer was used at the wavelength of 357.9 nm for determination. The Zeeman effect was used as the background correction. Results: The chromium content of 10 batches of commercially available gelatin beads was measured by the established method. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible and can be used for the determination of heavy metal chromium in donkey-hide gelatin.
