患者男,64岁,1988年7月29日就诊.自述于7月18日晨给棉花苗施速灭杀叮约1小时。随后即去河边洗涤全身。但总觉周身皮肤呈烧灼样感,全身呈粟粒样皮疹。次日晨起出现颜面部肿胀,四肢两膝下最为明显。经追问病史:既往无过敏史,发病前未用任何药物,而首次使用速灭杀丁。体检:颜面部肿胀伴有糠皮样脱屑。躯干呈鱼磷状脱屑。手足呈手套及袜套样脱皮.
The patient, male, 64 years old, was treated on July 29, 1988. Readily reported on the morning of July 18, the speed of the cotton seedlings to kill the bite about 1 hour.
