医疗收费管理工作是医院管理的重要内容,收费管理工作的好坏直接影响医院的生存与发展,直接影响医院在人民群众中的信誉。建院以来,在市委市政府的领导和上级卫生、物价部门的指导下,我院认真执行有关部门颁发的关于加强卫生服务收费管理工作的一系列文件精神,始终把社会效益放在首位,坚持让病人愿意来看病、看得起病、看好病的服务原则,坚持以病人为中心,加强领导,健全机构,建立制度,规范收费,强化监督,促进了医院健康、持续、稳定发展。 1 建立健全医疗收费管理机构 医院成立物价管理领导小组,由医院党委副书记担任组长,一名副院长担任副组长,成员由医院监察室主任及财务科正副科长等组成。医院财务科负责日常具体医疗收费管理工作,没有专职收费管理员,每个科室由一名精干的人员担任兼职收费管理员,形成了院内医疗收费管理网络,各临床科室在医疗收费方面有关信息,都能得到及时的反馈。病人对医疗收费有疑问时,可以得到及时解答和处理。

Each department is staffed by a capable person as a part-time charge manager, forming an in-hospital medical charge management network, and information about medical charges for clinical departments.
