学报是高等院校对外进行学术交流的窗口,是进行学术探讨、交流学术思想的重要园地。办好学报,是编辑与大家共同探讨的问题,也是学校的一项重要任务。本文总结了我院学报的编辑工作情况,对编辑队伍建设,编辑与科研管理,普及与提高的关系以及在学术上如何贯彻百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针问题进行了总结与分析并提出了自己的见解。
Journals are the window of academic exchanges between institutions of higher learning and foreign countries, and are important fields for conducting academic discussions and exchanging academic ideas. Running a good journal is an issue that editors discuss with everyone and is also an important task of the school. This article summarizes the editorial work of our college journals, summarizes and analyzes the issues concerning the editorial team building, editing and research management, popularization and promotion as well as how to carry out the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend academically and puts forward my own opinions.
