辽宁是煤炭产量较大的省份之一。由于煤矿附近缺林少材,煤炭生产所需的大量坑木,都要国家从外地调拨。为了从长远考虑,煤矿应该自己造林,解决坑木供应问题。我们在大力发展煤炭生产的同时,抓了营造坑木林工作。二十年来,我们积极响应毛主席“绿化祖国”伟大号召,贯彻毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”和“独立自主,自力更生”伟大方针,从煤炭生产实际需要出发,选植适宜树种,定向培育,做到适材适用,随用随采,节省木材,为实现坑木逐步自给做了一点工作。
Liaoning is one of the provinces with large coal production. In the long term, coal mines should reforest themselves and solve the problem of supply of pits. While vigorously developing coal production, we tackled the task of building pit-mounds. In the past 20 years, we have actively responded to Chairman Mao Zedong’s great call for “greening the motherland,” implemented Chairman Mao’s great guideline of "preparing for war, preparing for the poor, people, and becoming independent and self-reliant. From the actual needs of coal production, we selected and planted suitable tree species and targeted cultivation , So suitable material suitable, with the use of mining, save timber, to achieve a gradual self-sufficiency pit work.
