Under the new situation in which the environment inside and outside the school has undergone tremendous changes, the teachers’ thinking is increasingly diversified and complicated. This poses new challenges to the personnel of the school. The article analyzes the existing problems in ideological and political work of personnel cadres in schools and puts forward the significance of strengthening ideological and political work. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures on how to do ideological and political work well. Ideological and political work is the most important task for personnel cadres. As a cadre of personnel, it is the main body of responsibility in school personnel work. It must attach great importance to ideological and political work and give full play to the positive role of ideological and political work so as to improve the personnel and personnel work in schools
