本文报导应用新药吡喹酮治疗69例姜片虫病的临床观察结果。按总剂量每公斤体重15亳克治疗14例、30亳克28例及50亳克27例。半空腹服药,一日二次,疗程1～2日。治疗前后进行了体检、血尿常规、肾功能、肝功能、胸透、超声波及心电图等检查,无明显改变。吡喹酮驱姜片虫效果迅速而显著,驱虫率达94.2%;治后半月、一月及二月粪便复查,虫卵阴转率均为100%。吡喹酮具有用量小、反应轻、疗效高及服用简单等优点,是当前用于普治姜片虫病较为理想的新药。
This article reports the application of the new drug praziquantel 69 cases of clinical observation of ginger worm disease. According to the total dose of 15 mg per kilogram of body weight treatment in 14 cases, 30 mg in 28 cases and 50 mg in 27 cases. Half empty stomach medication, twice a day, treatment 1 to 2 days. Before and after treatment for physical examination, hematuria, renal function, liver function, chest X-ray, ultrasound and ECG and other tests, no significant change. Praziquantel flooding ginger tablets rapid and significant effect, repellent rate of 94.2%; after a half months, January and February stool review, eggs, egg negative conversion rates were 100%. Praziquantel has the advantages of small dosage, light reaction, high curative effect and simple taking. It is the ideal new drug for the treatment of Pneumoconiosis.
