病毒性肝炎、艾滋病、梅毒、疟疾、成人细胞白血病等疾病,是一类通过血液、体液途径传播的传染性疾病[1]。还有一些通过阴道分泌物传播的疾病如:梅毒、淋病、生殖器疱疹等上世纪60年代绝迹的性病,80年代后又死灰复燃。由于计生技术人员每天都要接触到受术者的血液、羊水、阴道分泌物等体液,为了最大限度的保护计生技术人员和受术者的安全,提高技术人员在工作中自身防护意识,笔者通过分析计生技术人员职业暴露现状,探讨防范措施以降低技术人员职业感染的危险性,分析如下。
