结合试验楼实际工程,对角点支承双向预应力陶粒混凝土密肋填芯板进行了塑性分析和试验研究。考虑密肋板板肋共同工作,承受弯矩、扭矩和剪力,按弹性薄板理论采用差分法利用电子计算机计算。上述结构体系的塑性分析至今还极少论及。本文结合该工程的楼板试验进行了塑性分析,提出板的破坏模式。结果表明理论分析计算与试验实测值比较相符,为实际工作找到一个更合理而简化的计算方法。文中还结合试验对板的塑性铰线法和条带法分析进行了对比,表明后者较前者偏于安全。
Combined with the actual project of the test building, the plastic analysis and experimental research on the biaxially pre-stressed ceramsite concrete multi-ribbed core-filled plates were carried out. Considering that the multi-ribbed plate ribs work together to withstand bending moments, torques, and shear forces, the calculations are performed using the difference method using an electronic computer based on the elastic thin plate theory. Plastic analysis of the above structural system has rarely been discussed so far. In this paper, plastic analysis of the slab test of the project was carried out and the failure mode of the slab was proposed. The results show that the theoretical analysis calculations are consistent with the experimental measured values, and a more reasonable and simplified calculation method is found for practical work. The paper also compares the plastic hinge line method and strip method analysis of the plate with the test, showing that the latter is more secure than the former.
