乡镇企业作为市场经济的产物,正随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立,而被推向国际、国内市场的风口浪尖。“风口浪尖咱安家”是豪言壮语。“风口浪尖怎样安家”才应该是每一位务实的企业经营管理者所应思考的。市场经济无一例外地要求任何一家投身于其中的企业都必须执行“生产经营围绕市场转”的准则。而生产经营反映在市场中的则是产品,进一步讲就是产品质量。企业经营是否围绕了市场转,换而言之,就是产品质量是否迎合市场。因此,产品质量在市场经济体制下如何定位,是悠关企业生存、发展决策中的中坚部分。
As a product of the market economy, township and village enterprises are being pushed into the cusp of international and domestic markets with the gradual establishment of China’s market economic system. “The cusp of the wind and the wind” is a rhetoric. “How to settle home?” should be considered by every pragmatic enterprise manager. Without exception, the market economy requires that any company involved in it must implement the “production and operation of the market around the” criteria. The production and operation reflected in the market are products, and further the product quality. Whether the company’s operations are centered around the market or not, in other words, whether product quality caters to the market. Therefore, how to position product quality under the market economic system is the backbone of decision-making for the survival and development of Yuguan enterprises.
