以商洛野生蕙兰为试验材料,分别采用玉米秸秆、锯末屑、菌渣、沙砾、兰石组合处理,以常规土壤为对照进行盆栽试验,通过测定蕙兰新叶平均增殖数、叶绿素含量、叶片增长量及叶表面积增量等指标,研究几种栽培基质组合对商洛野生蕙兰生长效应的影响,以期探讨适合野生兰花的栽培基质。结果表明:几种基质组合处理均能促进蕙兰叶片新叶增殖、叶片表面积增加和叶片叶绿素含量积累,有利于兰花地上部分生长发育,且基质主要成分作用效果为菌渣>玉米秸秆>锯末屑,基质辅料兰石优于沙砾,初步筛选出菌渣+兰石(体积比3∶1)基质组合较适宜商洛野生蕙兰栽培。
The experiment was carried out by using the combination of corn stalks, sawdust, bacteria residue, gravel and blue stone, and the conventional soil was used as the control to conduct the pot experiment. The average proliferation of Cymbidium hybridium, the content of chlorophyll, Growth and leaf surface area increment and other indicators to study the effects of several combinations of cultivated media on the growth of wild Cymbidium syringa in order to explore suitable for the cultivation of wild orchid matrix. The results showed that the combination treatment of several substrates could promote the proliferation of new leaves, the increase of leaf surface area and the accumulation of chlorophyll in leaf of Cymbidium hybridum, which was beneficial to the growth and development of the aerial parts of Cymbidium hybridum. The effect of the main components of the matrix was bacterial residue> corn stover> sawdust , The matrix excipient blue stone is better than grit, the initial screening of bacteria residue + blue stone (volume ratio of 3: 1) matrix combination is more suitable for commercial cultivation of wild Cymbidium.
