我科26年来共收治先天性自发性脑脊液耳漏、耳鼻漏6例,报告如下。 例1 男,19岁。1966年8月7日疑先天性内耳畸形并脑脊液耳漏收住院。左耳听力丧失15年,10年来脑膜炎反复发作6次,后3次发作时伴耳痛。每次发作前均有上呼吸道感染病史,流大量清涕。耳科检查:鼓膜完整、充血,左耳感音神经性聋,脑膜炎症状明显。乳突摄片无异常,双侧前庭功能无反应。8月20日行左鼓室探查术,术中见鼓室内有清水
