本实验在广泛pH范围内对蝮蛇抗栓酶的化学稳定性进行了研究,测定不同温度下不同pH时的速率常数,得到不同pH时的分解活化能及不同温度下的稳定pH值。活化能数值在pH为6.00及7.60时出现极大值,而不同温度下的两个最稳定(pH)m恰恰落在这两个pH范围内。
In this study, the chemical stability of viper antithrombin was studied in a wide range of pH. The rate constants at different pHs were measured. The activation energy at different pH and the steady pH at different temperatures were obtained. The activation energy values appear to be maximum at pH 6.00 and pH 7.60, whereas the two most stable (pH) m temperatures at different temperatures are exactly within these two pH ranges.
