目的:对人防工事环境质量进行综合评价。方法:测定22个人防工事中的气温、相对湿度、气流速度、CO2浓度、照度、噪声强度等6种环境指标,并从600名在地下环境中工作的人员获得主诉、发病率和免疫指标等18项因素。应用模糊数学的原理和方法,得出人防工事内环境因素的模糊矩阵(R)和权数矩阵(A)。按公式B=AOR进行模糊变换,得到评价的矩阵(B)。再按公式Kij=ΣjΣ4j=1(Σj)进行计算。结果:Σ1=4.17,Σ2=2.65,Σ3=6.30,Σ4=5.02。Σ4j=1(Σj)=18.14。(Kij)1×4=(0.23,0.15,0.35,0.29)。max{0.23,0.15,0.35,0.29}=0.35,评价论域为优、良、及格、不及格4个等级。结论:本研究中人防工事内环境质量的综合评价为及格。
Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the environmental quality of civil air defense workers. Methods: Six environmental indicators such as temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, CO2 concentration, illumination intensity and noise intensity were measured in 22 personal protection stations and the chief complaint, incidence rate and immune index were obtained from 600 persons working in the underground environment 18 factors. Applying the principle and method of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy matrix (R) and weight matrix (A) of the environmental factors in the civil defense building are obtained. According to the formula B = AOR fuzzy transformation, the evaluation of the matrix (B). Then according to the formula Kij = ΣjΣ4j = 1 (Σj) to calculate. Results: Σ1 = 4.17, Σ2 = 2.65, Σ3 = 6.30, Σ4 = 5.02. Σ4j = 1 (Σj) = 18.14. (Kij) 1 × 4 = (0.23,0.15,0.35,0.29). max {0.23,0.15,0.35,0.29} = 0.35, appraisal domain is excellent, good, pass, fail 4 grades. Conclusion: The comprehensive evaluation of the environmental quality inside civil air defense workers in this study is qualified.
