为了提高“和平红阳”中华猕猴桃单位面积产量,采用25 Gy60Co-γ射线处理已开花结果的果枝;将50~100个带一休眠芽的枝段嫁接于同一成年植株的一年生枝砧上,从2 600多个接芽萌发枝蔓上发现了3个结不同形状果实的果枝,将其中一个结大果的实变体嫁接扩繁成为100株以上的无性繁殖系.大果突变体单果质量比原品种增加15.2%,其果肉含糖量和维生素C质量分数与原品种相比没有明显差异,单株产量提高13.4%.
In order to increase the yield per unit area of Kiwifruit of “Heping Hongyang”, 25 Gy 60Co-γ rays were used to treat fruiting branches which had already flowered; 50 to 100 branches with a dormant bud were grafted on one-year branches of the same adult plant , 3 fruiting branches with different shaped fruits were found on more than 2 600 buds, and one of the fruiting branches with large fruiting bodies was grafted and expanded to become more than 100 vegetative propagation lines. 15.2% more than the original varieties. The sugar content and vitamin C content of the pulp did not differ significantly from the original varieties, and the yield per plant increased by 13.4%.
