提出了基于经济的年总费用最小为目标的带有中间换热器的精馏塔优化设计新方法。本方法基于这样的精馏塔模型:1股进料、2股出料,每块理论板上均可有中间冷凝器或再沸器。以回流比和塔内各塔板上的中间换热负荷为变量,根据经济年总费用最小,优化塔内换热的位置及负荷。实例研究表明,用本文方法可以一步一步很容易地设计出含塔内换热器的复杂精馏塔。该塔比简单塔更省钱。
A new optimal design method of distillation column with intermediate heat exchanger based on the minimum total annual cost of economy is proposed. The method is based on such a distillation column model: 1 strand feed, 2 strand discharges, and an intermediate condenser or reboiler per theoretical plate. Taking the reflux ratio and the intermediate heat transfer load on the trays in the tower as variables, the total heat exchange cost and position in the tower are optimized according to the minimum total cost in the economic year. The case study shows that the complex distillation tower with heat exchanger in the tower can be easily designed step by step with this method. The tower is more economical than a simple tower.
