近年来核事故的频发引起人们对核辐射与防护的关注,治疗锕系核素中毒的主要方法是使用络合剂将之排除,邻苯二酚由于其特殊的结构特点、高度的选择性络合能力以及显著的生理活性,成为促排领域的一大研究热点。对目前邻苯二酚类锕系核素螯合促排药物的研究进展进行了简述。基于富勒烯及其衍生物表现出的优良抗氧化性和吸收自由基能力以及邻苯二酚特殊的螯合能力,提出富勒烯基邻苯二酚类新型双功能锕系核素螯合药物。根据富勒烯的化学修饰改性原理和邻苯二酚的分子结构特点,初步设计了富勒烯基邻苯二酚新型螯合物的分子结构,并对所设计分子结构的合理性及合成的可行性进行了分析讨论。
